What to Expect

• Dynamic coastline journey: scrambling, sea swims, surge pools, and optional bigger jumps
• Route tailored to tide, swell and group confidence
• Coaching on movement, entry techniques and staying efficient in the water
• Time for photos at the most dramatic features

Session Details

• Location: Howick / Rumbling Kearn area (exact venue depends on sea state)
• Season: April – October
• Times: Typically morning and early afternoon
• Duration: ~3 hours including briefing, changing and transfers
• Recommended Experience: Comfortable swimmer; previous coasteering helpful but not essential
• Minimum Age: Usually 12+ (under-18s require parent/guardian consent). Age and jump options vary with conditions.

What’s Included

• Wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet and all technical safety kit
• Friendly, qualified guides, safety briefing and ongoing coaching
• Photos where possible (subject to conditions)

Good to Know

• Jump heights and features vary daily with tides and swell; all jumps are optional
• Bring swimwear for under a wetsuit, trainers you don’t mind getting wet, warm layers and a towel
• Small groups for a supportive, high-energy experience

Your guide continually assesses conditions and will adapt the plan to keep the session safe, fun and achievable. If the sea state isn’t suitable, we’ll offer an alternative date or location.
