We may adjust the timing, order, or location of activities when necessary to ensure safety and the best possible experience.

4. Insurance and Safety

Adventure Northumberland Ltd holds full public liability insurance.
Adventure activities naturally involve an element of risk. Our insurance does not cover inherent risks or participant negligence.
Participants are encouraged (though not required) to obtain personal accident insurance.
For your safety, please follow all instructions provided by our guides. Routes and venues may be adjusted depending on sea and weather conditions.

6. Parental Consent

Participants under 18 years of age must have written parental or guardian consent.
Consent forms are available via email or download and must be completed before the activity unless the parent or guardian is taking part in the same session.

7. Voucher Terms

Standard Adventure Northumberland booking terms apply to all voucher bookings.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Vouchers are valid only for the activities listed and cannot be exchanged for cash.

It is the voucher holder’s responsibility to book and use the voucher before its expiry date.

Expired vouchers are void unless extended at our discretion (subject to an admin fee).

If we cancel for safety or operational reasons, we will extend the voucher at no cost.

Failure to attend a booked activity will render the voucher invalid.
