Before you contact us
We operate a safety-first approach. If we cancel due to conditions and can’t rearrange, you’ll receive a refund in line with our terms.
For borderline conditions, especially afternoon sessions, we may confirm closer to the start time.
Private groups can book exclusive sessions using the private options in the booking widget. Schools and organised groups are fully supported with ratios, paperwork and planning.
Where to find us
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your start time
- Arriving too early can clash with changeovers
- On busy days, bags may be left in cars
- Keys can be left with staff (at owner’s risk)
